Coexistence is a substantial dimension of school practice and is a constantly changing educational building that requires searching pedagogical actions which should be cooperative and supportive in order to strengthen themselves. The aim of this review article is to provide a framework on school climate and how it is involved in the development of school life. The literature search allowed us to understand that the conflict is part of life, taken this as a consequence of the coexistence. Although human beings are innately gifted with resources to handle conflict, it is important to promote strategies and / or educational resources for its resolution. That is why we provide the conceptualization of mediation as a strategy for the peaceful resolution of conflicts that may arise in education, all of that from the perspective of peace education as an educational, dynamic, continuous and permanent process that allows us to recognize ways to solve conflicts in a peaceful manner.Downloads
