El objetivo de este artículo es reportar un caso de quiste glandular odontogénico, en una localización poco común y presentar una breve revisión de sus características clínicas y aspectos diagnósticos. El quiste glandular odontogénico (GOC) es un quiste muy raro de los maxilares, de histogénesis poco clara, al parecer de origen odontogénico con características histopatológicas únicas.
