Materials and method: Qualitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach, the sample focused on adolescents and young people. It began with the design of the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) with the theme of sexual and reproductive health. The preparation of the web application and the design of the chatbot prototype integrated into the platform to provide consulting services continued. This was developed under the Model-View-Controller (MVC) using the REACT and BOOTSTRAP JavaScript libraries. Results: Programming languages and frameworks that were used for the development of the prototype were analyzed, which were Html/Css, JavaScript, Node.js and typescript. These languages are used in large numbers of projects, which makes them very important in the development of web applications. The results of the interface and functionality tests allowed us to verify the operation of the web application, so that it was adequate to meet the project requirements. Regarding the content, a satisfactory evaluation was found by the young people. Conclusion: A web platform for virtual counseling on sexual and reproductive health was developed, which provides access to updated content to reduce risk behaviors associated with sexuality, through an interactive space in the chatbot system.</p> Leisly Sofía Beleño Pinedo Jairo Acosta Solano Sandra Lorena Vallejo Arias Andrés Felipe Benavides Ramírez Copyright (c) 2024 Ustasalud 2024-11-28 2024-11-28 23 2 10.15332/us.v23i2.3251 https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/USTASALUD_ODONTOLOGIA/article/view/3253 <p>Objective: Compare the microleakage of bacteria in the root canals of human teeth with two sealing cements based on calcium hydroxide (Sealapex) and based on MTA (Fillapex) exposed to the environment for one and three months in 2023. Materials and method: Experimental study of in vitro test type with a sample of 53 anterior and 56 posterior teeth. Single-root teeth extracted without previously performed endodontic treatments with complete roots were selected in an Excel spreadsheet to perform a descriptive analysis by absolute frequencies and percentages for qualitative and quantitative variables with measures of central tendency and dispersion (mean and standard deviation). Study classified as minimal risk in accordance with Resolution 8430/93. Results: The teeth included based on Sealapex in one month had a higher proportion of no root bacterial microleakage 88.46% (23) and after three months it was high at 66.67% (18). Regarding the posterior teeth, the same situation was reported in 88.46% (24) and then an increase in microleakage of 41.38% (12).
