Abstract

The international competition has forced companies from all countries to be continually evolving process of continuous improvement in order to improve the quality of processes and products and reduce the costs they involve, the methodology of lean manufacturing has been in recent years at international level one of the main methods for reducing costs, for this reason over time has had a continuous improvement to contemporary demands, technological, regional and business types, this proposal is carried out to improve the methodology of incorporating lean manufacturing to financial, manufacturing systems modeling and simulation in order to adapt to business of high variability in their products and processes such as small and medium enterprises in the city of Bucaramanga.
