Abstract

This article presents an overview of the basic concept of an SLA seen from several perspectives and be focused on specific services. Moreover it will also focus on other important concepts, like quality of service (QoS) that refers to performance data network for a specified service and quality of experience (QoE) which is the quality perceived by end users.
