https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2456

Starting from the epistemological horizon of the biographical-narrative method, it is proposed to analyze the processes of constitution of pedagogical knowledge linked to the teaching work and to the life trajectories of four migrant teachers in conditions of third age. The participants construct autobiographical texts that configure the experiences and meanings of their formative processes articulated to a multiple vital system that operates as the foundation of a broad and complex conception of pedagogical knowledge. From this point of view, the teachers’ life narratives are integrated into the training of new teachers from the redesign of workshops for the areas of Investigative Pedagogical Project and Deepening Practice, in the Faculty of Education of the UPTC. Finally, the characteristics of the teachers considered here, as migrants and senior citizens, hope to contribute to contemporary debates on education in the Colombian national context where it is not common to value the testimony of older adults in pedagogical actions and where the emerging migratory phenomenon confronts the ways of assuming plurality, coexistence and cultural exchange.
Jeidy Cruz GuzmánAndrés Argüello Parra

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2457
This paper presents a line of reflection on gender differences rooted in the construction sector in the country, taking as a reference official statistical data regarding the labor participation of women in this sector and others in general, and that this phenomenon occurs in other countries, with which it acquires a practically global nature. The gender difference at work constitutes an obstacle for the development of women potentialities and a barrier for the society development, since they are marginalized from scientific and formative processes, not only labor ones. In a field such as construction where ethics is an integral part of the professional, equity should also be understood as a component of this professional ethics, to lay the foundations of an enriching professional practice for both genders, that is, to practice ethics through of gender equity.Álvaro Fernando Espitia Bolívar

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2458

The scientific article unveils a report on ethnic student groups (indigenous and Afro-descendants), present in the education system of Bogotá (Colombia), and specifically, in the José Félix Restrepo IED Technical College; in addition to analyzing the public policies and strategies that have been adopted for the attention of education to these school communities by the Ministry of Education of the Capital District and the institution in question. The theoretical perspective under which this inquiry is addressed is related to the group/network of nominated decolonial thinking, which aims to make a visibility of the processes that advance those communities, collectives and sectors that have traditionally been ignored by the knowledge, power and being of coloniality. The method is of a mixed nature, showing both statistical data from a social student survey of the institution escolars well as the documentary analysis to learn about the advances in ethnic inclusion that has been developed in the educational organizations of the Colombian capital. As a general conclusion, it can be established that in recent years the number of non-mestizo shears enrolled in the district education system (both in official and private schools), has increased significantly and, consequently, strategies for care for these communities have been managed, either from the differential or intersectional approach.
Edisson Díaz Sánchez

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2459
The interest of the present reflection is to investigate how the concepts of power technology, biopower, abnormality, vigilance and disciplinary mechanisms, developed by Michel Foucault, can contribute to the understanding of architecture that traced the characteristics that defined the notion of Athenian citizenship as a model of exclusion and domination of women of that time. The document conjectures that, despite there were imperative factors that restrict women’s liberties, but this did not limit them to influence public affairs, since there were other unconventional ones that allowed them to participate indirectly in matters of a political nature, Paradoxically, the micro-spaces are the places where the spaces were confined where they could influence the political life of the State.Ricardo García Jiménez

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2460

Since 1991 Colombia´s Constitution, promoted in their Citizens an active role in the construction of Social State in order to reach essential goals, which are consolidated through solidarity acts and promote peaceful coexistence, common good, justice, human dignity, diversity and pluralism.

However, the alternative dispute resolution in Colombia is not used in the peacebuilding and in the conflict’s resolution in the national territory, because there are used as strategies to decrease the index of judicial congestion in order to accomplish the purpose of legal reforms.

Therefore, the conciliation is used from a limited perspective as a complement of law and not as a way to resolve conflicts. The impact will be in a negative way in the consolidation of the litigation culture as a guarantee of the protection of legal rights, which are established in the Colombian legal system.
Glendy Johanna Mejía GarcíaDénix Alberto Rodríguez Torres

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2461

In this study was analyzed the relation between the result of critical reading in the tests knowing 11, the academic performance and the performance in tasks of attention and memory in 55 university students (average age = 20 years, SD = 2.51) through the memometric test, the Wechsler digit retention subtest and the A cancellation test. As a result, it was found that the performance in the critical reading module and academic performance are not related only to basic psychological processes such as selective attention and memory of work. Additionally, the correlations between the variables studied were low (with scores between r = .004 and r = .42; p <.05), except for two, which can be considered as moderate: inverse memometric and academic average with r, 50 p <.05; and direct memometric and inverse memometric, with r =, 67, p <.05. With the subsequent analysis of the regression model, it was observed that the performance of the critical reading test knowing 11 was significant for the prediction of academic performance. In conclusion, only two of the proposed relationships were corroborated. It is suggested for future research to include variables related to the affective resources of the student and the learning environments.
Laura Patricia Amaya DíazRaquel Rivera CarvajalHadder Uriel Acosta Salazar

https://revistas.ustabuca.edu.co/index.php/TEMAS/article/view/2462

The objective of this article is to problematize the relationship between language, justice and law through a philosophical and anthropological reflection. From the thinking of paradigmatic authors of the 20th century, such as Jacques Derrida, Claude Lévi-Strauss, Fernand Braudel and Pierre Bourdieu, a historical, anthropological, philosophical and ethnolinguistic analysis will be carried out, with the purpose of deconstructing the criteria on which the concepts of justice and law are based.
David Jonatham Serra
